Attributes:

lags	ndarray	Cell centers along each axis, symmetric about 0.
gammas	ndarray	(n, n, n) γ indexed [ix, iy, iz] by lag vector; NaN where a cell holds no pairs.
counts	ndarray	Pair counts, shaped like gammas.
directions	ndarray	(m, 2) azimuth and dip of each direction read.
direction_ranges	ndarray	Range in each direction, NaN where too few pairs or γ stayed under half the sill.
rotation	tuple of float	Azimuth and dip of the major axis and rake of the semi-major, for Variogram(rotation=...).
axes	list of tuple	Azimuth and dip (dip ≥ 0) of the major, semi-major and minor axes.
ranges	tuple of float	Major, semi-major and minor ranges.
ratios	tuple of float	Semi-major and minor over major range, for Variogram(ratios=...).
