read_parquet builtin

read_parquet(path, *, units=None, length_unit=None)

Reads Parquet as the PointSet, BlockModel or Polylines it was written from, or a Table. units gives columns their units as in read_csv; units stored in the file are kept as written, even when not understood. length_unit is the unit of coordinates the file does not give one, by default that of set_units.
