One row per problem, ordered by kind: degenerate_face, duplicate_face, duplicate_vertex, boundary_edge, non_manifold_edge, non_manifold_vertex, inconsistent_winding, inward_shell, self_intersection. face, vertex, edge and other are null where they do not apply. An edge problem gives a face holding the edge, the local edge (from corner edge to corner (edge + 1) % 3) and its first vertex. other is the earlier face or vertex a duplicate repeats, the other face of an inconsistent edge, or the earlier face of a crossing pair; an inward shell gives its first face.

Counts of degenerate_faces, duplicate_faces (same corners as an earlier face), duplicate_vertices, boundary_edges (of one face), non_manifold_edges (of three or more), non_manifold_vertices (whose faces form separate fans), inconsistent_edges (whose two faces run them the same way), shells (pieces connected through shared edges) and inward_shells (closed shells wound against their nesting: a cavity should wind inward, anything else outward), self_intersections (pairs of faces crossing without sharing an edge) and is_closed.
