PolygonSelector

Selects points inside plan-view rings, optionally between z_min and z_max. rings are (n, 3) polylines, where closed=True means they close implicitly, or a Polylines, whose closed parts are used. Inside means an odd number of rings of a feature hold the point, so a ring inside another is a hole; raw rings are one feature.
