planned_drillholes(

rotation=0.0,
azimuth=0.0,
dip=90.0,
topography=None,
offset=Ellipsis,
)
Straight holes on a regular collar grid over targets, for drilling
plans and spacing studies.
Grid nodes start at the footprint's lowest (along, across) corner, shifted
by offset. A node becomes a collar when a target lies within half a
cell of the hole collared there at the top of the targets; collars then
slide along their hole to topography, so inclined holes keep their
targets. Each hole runs down to the bottom of the targets.
