High-grade restriction of a Search: samples above threshold are left out (mode="drop") or capped at threshold (mode="clamp") beyond radius of the target. radius is a distance in the search ellipsoid, or ranges (major, semi, minor) of an ellipsoid of its own, rotated by rotation (azimuth, dip, rake).
